Who processes your data

Data controller: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], OIB [OIB], email [CONTACT EMAIL]. In this notice we call ourselves ecommerces.io.

What we collect

• your email address and role (merchant or accountant);
• if you fill them in: store URL, orders per month, how you fiscalize today and whether you also sell in person (till or POS);
• your accountant's or firm's name, if you give it;
• if you sign up as an accountant and fill them in: your firm name and number of clients with an online store;
• whether we may contact you for a short call;
• the page language and campaign tags (utm) from the link you came from, if any;
• when you gave consent and which version of the consent text you saw.

We don't store your IP address. The site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools.

Why

To tell you when the Vereo app launches, to contact you about it and, if you ticked the box, to set up a short call. We use your accountant's name only to ask you for an introduction, and we don't share it.

We will confirm your sign-up by email (double opt-in). Until that confirmation is in place, your sign-up stays marked as unconfirmed.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Withdrawing doesn't affect processing that happened before.

Who else sees the data

Cloudflare provides our site hosting, form processing, database and spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). [CHECK: storage location, data processing agreement with Cloudflare, transfers outside the EU, what Turnstile processes]

How long we keep it

Your rights
